Growing mid-level donations.

The Challenge:

Develop an upgrade strategy and create a mid-level donor program.

 

The Strategy:

Barton Cotton developed a comprehensive strategy which included donor file wealth scoring and an analysis of the existing Commemorative Air Force donor file. As a result, The Victory Circle—a donor program which kicked off with an invitation to high-value donors to become exclusive members—was born. A three-part Victory Circle renewal series and a two-part “stretch ask” upgrade series for potential members was also developed.

The Results:

Over a three-year period donors who enrolled in The Victory Club upgraded their giving by 30%.
