Becky brings 25 years of fundraising and nonprofit experience to her leadership position at Barton Cotton where she leads the strategy and analytics team.


Karen Jones

Vice President, Client Services

Karen began her career in nonprofit fundraising at Barton Cotton in 1990 and has held leadership roles in account management, client services and business development.


Tammy Severe

Vice President, Creative Services and Art Acquisition

Tammy joined Barton Cotton Fundraising Group in 1999 as an art acquisition manager. Today she leads a team of talented art directors, graphic designers and copywriters—and an additional group of prepress specialists and proofreaders.


Joe Gregrich

Director, Relationship Development

Joe has served direct marketing organizations for more than 20 years. He joined Barton Cotton in 2014 after helping more than 100 organizations raise tens of millions of dollars in revenues for their respective missions.


Laura Thompson

Laura has been with Barton Cotton for nearly 20 years and, in her current role, leads the data services team. Additionally, she assists in the development of companywide standard operating procedures and best practices.

Margaret is responsible for developing strategic plans that drive high-performing digital fundraising programs. With more than 15 years of experience, she is an action-oriented digital marketer focused on results and metrics.
