Rosemarie Carlyle
Vice President, Client Services
Rosemarie joined Barton Cotton in 1996 as a part of the Sales and Marketing Team and became Director of Client Services four years later. In this role, she directs the 25 person account team responsible for marketing initiatives, execution, data and postal issues. The focus of the Client Services team is to be accountable to all clients by providing predictable results through multi-channel marketing initiatives that are executed flawlessly and on-time.
Before joining Barton Cotton, Rosemarie spent seven years working as a Trust Officer at Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Company where she managed trust funds of clients with high net wealth. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jurisprudence. She received her MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Marketing.

Lisa Cohen
Vice President, Affinity Marketing
Lisa joined Barton Cotton in 2003 working as a consultant on special projects. She quickly developed an understanding of the Affinity Marketing business. Lisa was promoted to Vice President of the division in 2006. Under her leadership, Affinity Marketing has grown into a key strategy for more than 35 high profile nonprofit groups with a high margin and immediate ROI for organizations.
Prior to Barton Cotton, Lisa was with Deloitte Consulting where she developed corporate strategies and processes, program management, merger integration planning, and strategic relationship management. Her client engagements included ChevronTexaco, HP, Intel, Microsoft, Albertson's/American Stores, and World Economic Forum. Lisa earned her MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management with concentrations in Operations & Finance and her undergraduate degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Larry Vogel
Senior Vice President, Operations
Larry joined Barton Cotton in 1999 as Vice President of Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and manufacturing. Larry directs Barton Cotton's manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, purchasing, traffic and prepress departments. In addition to an executive staff, Larry manages three plant locations that include printing, bindery, insertion, fulfillment and mailing.
Larry came to Barton Cotton from The Sherwin-Williams Company where he held positions as Plant Manager, Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Logistics for more than 12 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Industrial Engineering from Penn State.

Denise Payne
Executive Vice President, Direct Marketing Services
In her 11 years at Barton Cotton, Denise has been charged with growing the products and services offered through direct mail, catalog, and telemarketing. She has managed all aspects of direct mail, product development, sales, database development, lead generation, catalog publishing, and alternate channels. She leads the teams responsible for customer service in Affinity Marketing, including management of call center and data entry vendors for our clients. In addition, Denise oversees all inbound and outbound teleservices.
Before joining Barton Cotton in 1996, Denise served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fleet and Natwest Banks, marketing call center services and supporting the increase of financial product sales. She was also Director of Marketing for the Direct Mail Division of Western Union, generating record revenue in targeted industries and application markets. Denise earned her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and her MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.

Parissa Snider
Director, Strategic Communications
Parissa joined Barton Cotton in 2007 as Director of Strategic Communications. With a dozen years of experience in communications and public relations, she has worked across multiple industries including retail & entertainment, nonprofits, consumer products, government agencies, and B2B. She has worked with companies that include Barnes & Noble Booksellers, US Airways, Werner Ladder Company, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Detroit Science Center, and Maryland Lottery.
Parissa has managed strategic planning for product and retail launches, nonprofit fundraising, and professional services firms. She specialized in public relations and community relations by cultivating relationships between business and nonprofit groups to create a responsible corporate image and increase consumer loyalty. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University.

Jen Harker
Director, Creative Services
Jennifer joined Barton Cotton in 1995 as Account Director for a large portfolio of accounts in the U.S. and Canada. She was promoted to her current position in 2003, and now is charged with leading a team of 12 graphic designers and art acquisition managers. Her team executes design strategy for the company's nonprofit clients in direct mail and multi-channel fundraising efforts.
Before joining Barton Cotton, Jen was with a Baltimore-based direct mail media company working with list rental and database targeting solutions. Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola College in Maryland.
